New Design Offers Additional Safety Features
NEW YORK -- Officials on Wednesday released the design for a new skyscraper at the former World Trade Center site.
The revised Freedom Tower design adds more safety and security features.

New York Gov. George Pataki called the redesign of the Freedom Tower "a better, safer, and prouder symbol of freedom for our skyline."
